Are your peptides for human consumption?

No. All products sold by KC Pepperman are strictly for research and development use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption of any kind.

What purity are your products?

Our products are tested to exceed 99% purity. Each batch is independently verified through HPLC analysis by a third-party lab.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept multiple secure payment options including Zelle, Wise, crypto (USDT, USDC, SOL), eCheck, and a limited number of Venmo payments. Instructions are provided at checkout or via invoice.

Do you offer refunds or reships?

Yes. If your kit fails third-party at Janoshik or Peptide Test aka Trustpointe Analytics or arrives damaged, we offer reships per our lab testing and shipping policies. Please contact support within 3 days of receiving your order. All sales are final once shipped, we do not offer refunds once shipped.

Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped domestically from within the United States. We use discreet, secure packaging and offer tracked shipping options at checkout.

How do I view lab test results?

You can view certificates of analysis on our Lab Results page. We post batch numbers alongside third-party verified results from labs like Janoshik.

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory and preclinical research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and are intended strictly for scientific study.

Can I request a peptide not listed on your site?

Yes, we can often source additional peptides through our network. Contact us with your request and we'll confirm availability and lead time.

How are your peptides tested for purity?

Each batch is tested using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and sometimes mass spectrometry. We work with trusted third-party labs to ensure results above 99% purity.

Can I request a copy of the lab test for my batch?

Yes. Each product comes with a batch number, and corresponding lab test results are available on our Lab Results page. If you need help, contact support.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order leaves our facility.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Happy to discuss any particular requirements you may have. Keep in mind, we do not lie on customs forms, and if we agree to international ship, no refunds or ship due to seizure.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is delayed or lost, reach out to support with your tracking number. We'll work with the carrier and either locate or replace the shipment based on the situation.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use encrypted payment systems and never store your financial data on our servers. We only use secure, verified platforms such as Zelle, Wise, and crypto networks.

Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?

Currently, we do not accept credit cards or PayPal. We offer alternative secure payment methods that are fast and reliable.We're working on credit cards and expect to have a solution in the next 60 days.

What if I received the wrong product?

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll make it right with a corrected shipment or refund depending on the circumstances. You will have to ship the wrong item back to us, we will provide a shipping label.
